Deadlands II

Deadlands II sees the return of Damon Baxter aka Deadly Avenger (Death Waltz / Burning Witches) and Si Begg (Novamute / Ninja Tune) on K&C. Once again, the duo have returned to deliver another album of high octane, deranged, gothic trailer folk.

On Deadlands II, we hear the two producers sadistically testing the range and flexibility of traditional chamber strings - the spiccato stylings forming a percussive and unhinged delivery. Layered with dusty, tribal drums and percussion, Deadlands II takes the ideas explored in the original album to extremes. In equal parts entertaining and savage, Deadlands II hits with a grim intensity that doesn't compromise.
